Koston Feng

Koston Feng is the strategic thinker, principal trader and the driving force behind Opto Global Macro LLC. Koston has been experimenting with a high return global macro trading strategy since 2002. In the past 2 years since early 2007, Koston achieved a breakthrough in developing this trading strategy. In 2007, Koston otained 4 digit percentage returns through trading friends and family accounts. His high net worth client has made 100% since openning an account in February 2008 to December 2009 in the midst of the most devastating bear market since 1930s. Opto Global Macro Fund has returned 70% since inception in August 2009.

Koston graduated from Hamilton College in 1994 with a BA in Economics, obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University Law School in 1997 and an MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College in 2003. He spent one year at Drawbridge Global Macro of Fortress Investment Group LLC from 2004 to 2005 where he observed how big institutions trade. He believes large institutions do not have much information advantage for global macro trading as global macro events are fairly transparent.

Zhigang Hu

Zhigang Hu is the technical advisor of Opto Global Macro LLC. With extensive experience in mechanical trading system design and trading platform development, Zhigang advises Opto Global Macro on technical issues and helps build supporting tools for the Opto trading platform.

Zhigang graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in 1995 with a B.Sc. in Engineering (major: automation). He received a M.Sc. degree from Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1998 (research area: artificial intelligence) and a Ph.D. from Princeton University in 2002 (research area: computer architecture). From 2002 to 2007, he was a research staff member at the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center. Zhigang currently manages the E Tiger fund, a system trading fund focusing on index and commodity futures.

Linda Chen

Linda Chen is the Head of Marketing at Opto Global Macro LLC. Miss Chen has over three years of work experience in the hedge fund industry. Prior to co-founding Opto Global Macro, she worked for CP Eaton Partners LLC, a leading alternative investment placement agent in US and Asia where she was responsible for hedge fund origination and sales.

Prior to that, she worked for DFD Select Group and Ajia Partners, two fund of hedge funds in New York and Hong Kong respectively. She was primarily responsible for sourcing and analyzing potential hedge fund investments, monitoring existing portfolios and managing investor relationship.

Miss Chen graduated from the University of New South Wales in Australiain 2005 with a bachelor degree in Commerce, double major in Actuarial Science and Accounting.

Paul Lee

Paul Lee is the Chief Operating Officer of Opto Global Macro LLC. He is the founder and managing partner of Lee Capital Partners, Inc. which focuses on real estate acquisitions and investments, as well as the Metropole Development Group. Prior to that he had worked for the Quantitative Equity Group of Weiss, Peck & Greer LLC, a division of Robeco Asset Management, an institutional money management firm with $161 billion under management.

Mr. Lee graduated from the City University of New York in 1990 with a BS in Chemistry with Honors and received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College in 2003.
